Ingredients:
1lb Lean ground beef
1/2lb Ground pork
1/2lb Ground italian sausage
2 Eggs
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. shape into 1 1/2 in balls
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet or baking pan and bake 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through. makes about 20 meatballs
