mu帽eca lesionada [ESP-ENG]
injured wrist [ESP-ENG]
Hola, 驴qu茅 tal?
Hello, how are you? Bros., today I want to share an example and some advice from my own bad experience. It turns out I'm currently injured in my right wrist and right shoulder. The pain in my wrist, or the injury, has been going on for over a week now. Soon, God willing, I'll be going to the physical therapist for treatment. This injury stemmed from another shoulder injury I had almost five months ago. This one was caused by poor training and not warming up and practicing proper posture before training. It's important to remember that static training requires extreme caution, as it's very damaging to both the joints and muscles. As it turns out, by not warming up, resting, or having a good workout, I injured my right shoulder, which resulted in me having to stop training for almost a month. Even knowing the injury could return, I ignored it and kept going. Of course, this time I learned from my mistakes and improved my workouts, my warm-ups, and increased my rest periods. I've significantly improved my statics, but it's not all uphill. It turns out that not only did my shoulder pain return, but this time it came with another companion: the wrist injury. I still don't fully understand the details of why I injured myself like this, but from my perspective, I think it was because I wanted to push myself further than I could, wanting to do things my joints couldn't handle. They weren't ready yet. And all that crossed my mind was: I want to be better, I want to achieve it, I also want to be elite. But that thought only led me to ruin. With this, I want to give you an example, friends: you shouldn't do things recklessly. You have to be patient; sooner or later, what you want so much will come. But if we rush into flight, we'll only fall face first into reality. Here I am as an example: I was already capable of doing a 2-3-3 in the straddle planche and was starting to clock in my first seconds of full plan, because I wanted more, because I wanted to advance faster than my body could. Now I may lose that little progress I had. Today I can only do a 3-second supine straddle hold, which is where my hand doesn't hurt, a neutral fist press, and a supine tuck press, and even then there's pain. So, friends, be aware and train wisely, and remember This saying always goes: I don't seek to be better than anyone, but better than yesterday.
