Para nadie es un secreto que el 70% de la superficie de nuestro planeta Tierra es pura agua y diariamente a través de esas enormes e interminables masas de líquido miles y miles de barcos surcan horizontes trasladando el 80% del comercio mundial, además en un porcentaje más pequeño mucho de esos navíos también prestan servicios turísticos, científicos y militares, con lo cual podemos entender que los barcos Son medios de transporte esenciales para el funcionamiento del mundo moderno, así que cada vez que nos acercamos a las costas de nuestros países tendremos una alta probabilidad de encontrarnos con algún tipo de embarcación y mientras muchas personas lo ven como un encuentro fortuito a otros nos parece algo súper interesante, ya que es fascinante poder admirar los diseños de estas grandes obras de ingeniería humana.

Venezuela es un país costero, el cual se encuentra plenamente bañado por las aguas del Caribe y del Atlántico, su ubicación geográfica al norte de Sudamérica nos coloca en un punto estratégico para el comercio mundial, por lo tanto, al disfrutar de un paseo a la orilla del mar, cuál tomar una lancha hacia algún destino paradisíaco nos podremos encontrar fácilmente con algún barco carguero, petrolero, granelero alguna fragata, un guardacostas, alguno que otro ferry, varios yates y muchas lanchas de distintos propósitos.
It could be said that the Venezuelan maritime space is privileged for the observation of ships of various types, it is an area that has deep waters and an activity that stands out for the dynamism and high traffic, it is for this reason that I decided to make a photographic series where the reality of maritime trade is shown from a different point of view, It is about presenting the daily life in its maximum splendor, but with the plus of finding nuances in black and white, which allows us to highlight the details of each vessel and at the same time is the challenge of balancing in a perfect composition to the brightness of the sky with the swaying of the waves of the sea.
Se podría decir que el espacio marítimo venezolano es privilegiado para la observación de navíos de diversos tipos, es un área que cuenta con aguas profundas y con una actividad que se destaca por el dinamismo y el alto tránsito, es por esta razón que he decidido hacer una serie fotográfica en donde se demuestre la realidad del comercio marítimo desde un punto de vista diferente, se trata de presentar a la cotidianidad en su máximo esplendor, pero con el plus de encontrarnos con matices en blanco y negro, lo cual nos permite Resaltar los detalles de cada embarcación y al mismo tiempo supone el reto de equilibrar en una perfecta composición al brillo del cielo con los vaivenes de las olas del mar.
In the images that today I am pleased to present you we can travel along the Venezuelan coast starting from the central coast and ending in the waters of Guanta in the east of the country, this is an area that is characterized by its great tourist attractions and its incredible importance for energy transport, but I think the most interesting of all this is to enjoy these lively waters, while sailing in small boats in the various tourist routes that take us to the most beautiful beaches in the world.
En las imágenes que hoy tengo el agrado de presentarles podemos viajar a lo largo de la costa venezolana partiendo desde el litoral central y finalizando en las aguas de Guanta al oriente del país, esta es una zona que se caracteriza por sus grandes atractivos turísticos y por su increíble importancia para el transporte energético, pero creo que lo más interesante de todo esto es poder disfrutar de estas vivas aguas, mientras se navega en pequeños peñeros en las diversas rutas turísticas que nos llevan a las playas más lindas y hermosas del mundo.
Photographing the beauty of nature in perfect union with elements created by human genius is one of the activities that I most enjoy doing, because in them we can refine our eyes to the maximum and put our photographic skills to the test, in order to generate totally original captures that show the world the interesting landscapes found within our homeland.
Fotografiar la belleza de la naturaleza en perfecta unión con elementos creados por la genialidad humana es una de las actividades que más disfruto realizar, pues en ellas podemos afinar al máximo nuestra mirada y ponemos a prueba nuestros dotes fotográficos, con la finalidad de generar capturas totalmente originales que le muestren al mundo los interesantes paisajes que encontramos dentro de nuestro territorio patrio.
