Do you think time stretches back forever, even to the big bang, but it just gets faster so that the perception of time gets slower, so that in the instants after the big bang it's so fast/slow that we "never" get back there? And it'll seem to stretch out to forever, but time will get slower so it'll still seem like things are happening because it gets faster? That part doesn't really make sense.

a pinched ellipse? Is there a word for that? Like an eye... like two lines that diverge in a convex matter, but then the rounding turns concave until they begin converging then it slowly becomes convex again, but not before they join up?
