Zucchini pasta [ENG/ESP]

We are back in the game, with a new recipe, maybe for some not so new, but for me, everything related to cooking is new, because they are things I had never done or prepared before, so I am in learning mode, experimenting, cooking tasty things for myself.

For a while now, I wanted to try making zucchini pasta, it's not exactly how I imagined it, but still, it's a different way to eat zucchini, and thus accompany our meals.

INGREDIENTS: 👇

• 1 Zucchini
• 1 small onion
• Half a tomato
• garlic

PREPARATION:

With these three ingredients I made my preparation, the first thing I did was sauté the onion with a little garlic, and then I added the tomato cut into small pieces.

Finally, I added the zucchini, which I had previously cut into strips.

We are going to cook for a few minutes, we can season with a little salt and pepper.

And this is how our pasta would turn out, with a different touch and shape, we can enjoy our zucchini.

I liked how it turned out, I hope next time I can prepare it better, with other ingredients. I have seen that it also uses cream cheese, like a kind of béchamel sauce.

SPANISH VERSION

Volvemos al ruedo, con una nueva receta, quizás para algunos no tan nueva, pero para mi, todo lo que tenga que ver con la cocina es nuevo, porque son cosas que nunca había hecho ni preparado, entonces ando en modo aprendizaje, probando, cocinando cosas ricas para mi.

Desde hace un tiempo que quería probar hacer la pasta de calabacín, no es exactamente como me la imagine, pero igual, es una forma distinta de comer el calabacín, y así acompañar a nuestras comidas.

• 1 Calabacín
• 1 cebolla pequeña
• Medio tomate
• ajo

PREPARATION:

Con estos tres ingredientes hice mi preparación, lo primero que hice fue sofreír la cebolla con un poco de ajo, y luego le añadí el tomate cortado en trozos pequeños.

Por ultimo le agregue el calabacín, el cual había cortado previamente en tiras.

Vamos a cocinar por unos minutos, podemos condimentar con un poco de sal y pimienta.

Y así nos quedaría nuestra pasta, con un toque y forma diferente, podemos degustar de nuestro calabacín.

A mi me gusto como quedo, espero para la próxima poder prepararla mejor, con otros ingredientes, he visto que también usa el queso crema, como un estilo de pasta bechamel.
