Creative friends, it's a pleasure to share with you again. Here's a short video showing a bit of what I did to transform a breakfast tray.
As you know, I like to be a little creative, although I'm out of practice and not an expert, but I try. It's sometimes difficult to have that imagination to create something beautiful and spectacular like many others do. However, the important thing is to try, so you can say, "I made that."
And I like it when people tell me that, and to be able to say, "Yes, that's mine," so simple, without much fuss or many materials, but made with lots of love and care.
Yesterday was my dad's birthday, and like every year, it's a tradition in my family to treat him to breakfast, with his tray, nicely decorated, with food and desserts.
Last year I made him something simple with my lettering art, but this year I wanted to do something different. I printed some images and decorated the tray, and since he likes horses, and well, playing with them more than anything else, haha, that's where the theme came from.
I looked for inspiration on Pinterest, downloaded some images, and designed the lettering in Canva. I bought some blue metallic cardstock and white construction paper.
With these few materials and a little creativity, I proceeded to assemble and decorate my tray.
But I was missing something: the little toppers with their breakfast phrases. I wanted to make those by hand.
With a blue marker, I made my letters鈥攑retty and simple鈥攐n white cardstock with a 3D effect. I glued them onto the metallic cardstock, and then added the sticks for height.
And that was it! All that was left was to fill our tray with food.
I made my own healthy version of teque帽os (you can see the step-by-step instructions here). My mom made him some chicken and cheese empanadas, and some fitness pancakes too, haha, and a mini cake.
Of course, he was delighted with his breakfast, since what he loves most is eating! 馃き

Amigos creativos un gusto compartir con ustedes nuevamente, aqu铆 les dejo este peque帽o video, mostrando un poco lo que hice para transformar una bandeja de desayuno.
C贸mo bien saben, a m铆 me gusta ser un poco creativa, aunque estoy fuera de pr谩ctica y no soy una experta, pero hago el intento, es dif铆cil a veces tener esa imaginaci贸n, de crear algo bonito, espectacular c贸mo muchos hacen, sin embargo lo importante es intentarlo, que puedas decir, eso lo hice yo.
Y a m铆 me gusta que me lo digan, y poder decir, si eso es m铆o, as铆 sencillo, sin tanto alboroto ni mucho materiales, pero hecho con mucho amor y esmero.
El d铆a de ayer fue el cumplea帽os de mi pap谩 y c贸mo todos los a帽os, es costumbre en mi familia regalarnos un desayuno, con su bandeja, bien bonita y decorada, con su comida y postrecitos.
El a帽o pasado le hice algo sencillo con mi arte del lettering, pero este a帽o quise hacerlo diferente, imprimir unas im谩genes y decorar la bandeja, y c贸mo a 茅l le gustan los caballos y bueno jugarlos m谩s que todo jajaja, de all铆 la tem谩tica.
Busque algo de inspiraci贸n en Pinterest, de all铆 descargue algunas im谩genes, las letras las monte en Canva, compr茅 una cartulina metalizada azul, y blanca escolar.
Con estos pocos materiales y algo de creatividad, procedi a armar y decorar mi bandeja.
Pero me estaba faltando algo, los peque帽os Topper, con sus frases de desayuno, eso s铆 los quise hacer a mano.
Con un marcador azul hice mis letras, bien bonitas y sencillas, sobre una cartulina blanca, con un efecto 3D, lo pegue en la cartulina metalizada, y luego sus palitos de altura.
Y eso fue todo, ya s贸lo quedaba rellenar nuestra bandeja con respectiva comida.
Hice mis teque帽os versi贸n saludable, puede ver el paso a paso aqu铆; mi mam谩 le hizo unas empanadas de pollo y queso, ahhh unos panqueques fitness tambi茅n jajaja y si mini torta.
Por supuesto 茅l qued贸 encantado con su desayuno, claro si lo que m谩s le gusta a 茅l es comer 馃き.
Bueno mis amigos as铆 pueden decorar una bandeja de desayuno, f谩cil, sencilla y con pocos materiales, que les pareci贸, los leo.馃憣
