Wednesday was sunny and I explored some areas of our place in the afternoon. Was actually doing a few loads of laundry when the power went off so I took the chance to unplug and wander around. The first four photos above were some of those that fascinated me on that walk. Add to that the good weather so you can imagine I had a wonderful time and enjoyed every bit of it.
Yesterday (Thursday) was drizzly so it was literally a bed weather day for me. For some reason, I was feeling tired and sleepy that I couldn't help crawling under the warm sheets at 2 in the afternoon. Sleeping during the day time doesn't happen so often so it was kinda nice.
And whilst I snoozed away to dreamland, the husband quietly went out for a wee adventure and the mushroom photographs were his captures. I somehow felt jealous not being able to see them personally when he showed them to me in the evening, haha!
Yes, you could say that I get excited over little things. My heart leaps over an anthill, a new growth coming off the ground, a moth that swings by, a weed blooming, and many others that might just be normal, too trivial or even unimportant to others. But that's me and I don't apologize for it.
Anyhow, enough of that, guess I've rambled enough, lol! It's Friday here and I wish each and everyone a fantastic day (night) and all the other days that come too. Cheers!
