I saw a post in YouTube on how to make a crunchy tofu and I got curious about it because what I usually do was fry the tofu directly on the oil without any seasoning or breadings. We make a separate sauce with soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, onion, garlic and a red chili peppers. Which is perfect for snacks.
We don't usually cook tofu and this is the first time that we will try this menu. I did not hesitate to try it and explore. Let's start!

You can combine the sauce with the tofu on the pan or just put the sauce on top of your tofu. This is good for two person and you can serve this as a main dish. This is good as a snack as well.
