NOW LET'S BEGIN!!

STEP 1.
Making biscuit-crumble base for the cheesecake. Plane biscuits crushed in blender. I used 50 g more of biscuits to make crumbles for myself to eat while I'm cooking. Oink! 🐽

STEP 2.
I mixes all biscuit crumbles with butter and transferring them to a cooking bowl. They are delicious already as they are. I ate some just now.. Oink! 🐽

Mixing eggs, cream cheese, custard sugar, vanilla extract and lemon crumbles. Oink! 🐽 I had to stay very focused. So I did some breathing techniques and short meditation before 🕉🐽

Mixing all ingredients together in a blender. It is sooo loud! I'm holding onto the blender and trying balance my hat on my nose. Just to learn some cooking tricks like a professional master chef. Oink! 🐽

I also added one franjipany flower to my cake 🌼. This was not included to the recipe, it is my chef special addition 🐽

STEP 4.
Pour the filling over the base and place in the preheated oven. Don't forget to try it before baking, it is very tasty!! 🐽🐽

STEP 5.
Watching my cheesecake is baking in the oven. Oink oink!! 🐽🐽 50-60 min, temperature in the oven 150 C. Very hot! 🐽 It is very important to watch the process and make sure my cheesecake is not burning. Can't wait when it's done! 🐽🐽
