Whole day goin to pass and really dont understand what should i post here.then i decided to Why not post my cooking Skills.. so today i tried to cook eggplant ...
i know its lookin weird but only this thing found in kitchen ..
Ingredients: Eggplant,Onion,Green Chilli,Ginger Garlic Paste,Cumin seeds,Cinnamion,Cloves,Bay Leaf,Green Coriander ,Veg Oil, Salt, Turmeric powder and Lilbit Red chili powder.
cut in slice chopped onion,chopped coriander,sliced green chili,Ginger Garlic paste,cumin seeds,cinnamon,cloves and bayleaf
add oil in cookin pot
I know Its not lookin good but Belive me Taste is better
