Hello dear hive friends,
Good morning to all hive friends, how are you? For a healthy lifestyle, we often need nutritious and delicious meals. So today I am going to share with you a delightful recipe. Yesterday evening, I prepared a spinach and lentil mixed wada. This delicious Indian dish combines the protein-rich benefits of lentils. I made this for the daughter to enjoy as a snack. It is not only a treat for the taste buds but also packed with essential nutrients. Let's see how to prepare it.
Required Ingredients...
馃崁 Spinach leaves 100g.
馃崁 1 Cup of lentils.
馃崁 3 Tablespoon of Chickpea flour.
馃崁 1 Tablespoon of crushed chili powder.
馃崁 Salt to taste.
馃崁 2 chopped green chilli pods.
The cooking process as follows.
1 Step.
First soak the lentils in water for about 6 hours and remove the water.
2 Step.
Next, finely chop onions, green chillies and spinach leaves.
3 Step.
Then take a blender and put the soaked lentils in it and blend it well.
4 Step.
Then take a bowl again and add chopped spinach leaves, onions, green chilies, crushed chili powder, and salt to the required amount and mix well.
5 Step.
Then add the blended lentils to it and mix. After that, add chickpea flour (3 tablespoon) and mix well.
6 Step.
Then make it into small balls and flatten it. As in the images below.
7 Step.
Then take a vessel and add coconut oilto it and keep it on the stove. Once the oil is hot, fry it until golden brown.
So this is a nutritious recipe prepared very easily with minimal ingredients. This recipe can make about 10 "wades" depending on the size. You can adjust the quantities to make more "wades". Place the "wades" on oil absorbent paper after frying. Finally, spinach and lentil "wades" are not only a tasty snack but also a nutritious addition to any meal plan. Enjoy these "wades" hot with your favorite tomato sauce.
