I'd like to share a simple and delicious recipe that will not only satisfy your taste buds but also impress your guests. It's truly special as it can be prepared with just a few basic ingredients. Let's discover how to create this mouth-watering flour-based teatime inspiration.
🍀 2 1/2 tablespoon of wheat flour.
🍀 some water.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 Finely cut 2 pods of green chillies.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 1 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 Coconut oil 250ml.
🍀 Some finely chopped curry leaves.
First, finely chop the green chillies, onions, and curry leaves. Then, in a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, baking powder, salt, green chillies, chopped onions, curry leaves, chilli powder, etc., making sure all ingredients are evenly distributed in the same bowl.
Next, add water gradually and mix until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Exercise caution not to add too much water; it should be mixed to a dough-like consistency.
Then keep the prepared dough covered for about 5 hours.
Next proceed with the preparation by taking approximately a tablespoon of the dough and arrange it as demonstrated in the pictures below. (It is easy to apply the water in the hand while making it into a ring.)
Subsequently, place the prepared flour ring in the hot oil pan and fry it until it turns golden brown.
This way, you can effortlessly prepare a quick snack for tea time. Serve these delightful treats with tea to create happy moments for you and your loved ones, accompanied by your favorite sauce. Such snacks are commonly enjoyed in South Asia, making this a simple, gratifying, and incredibly joyful culinary experience. Until next time with a new dish, take care!
