Hello my wonderful people it's my first time posting in this community and I am glad to be here I want to share some little experience here I want us to talk about self development and talent.
What is self development
In my own understanding, self development is when you take charge of your life and decide to build your self, build your talent and identifying who you are and the purpose your are created for.
Self development is also the ability to do something amazing and wonderful. Something inspiring I love building my talent and bring out the best in me especially when I do something people love and appreciate when ever I show case my talent, I feel fullfiled most especially when I put smiles on people face.
This is me making
FEAR
Fear is one thing that bring people down and make them feel they cannot do anything. Even God created everyone with different gift or talent but is our responsibility to build it, in our societies today, you will find people with good talent but they are afraid to make a move by developing them self. Fear is something that limit people, make them incomplete you become a lability to your self because of fear of stepping out, you will find things difficult in life and that is when you will know that (the world is not a bed of roses) you will find out that people you are more better off than them will look down on you as if you are useless no one is reading to help a lazy man/woman. That is why we need to step out and be courageous, believe in our self and believe we can do it. That will make us stand firm when challenges and tryers come. You will see that it is that talent or hand work that will give you hope, this is much more better than government salary. Develop your self now and smile later.
