Hi Everyone!
Today I'm going to share the special Delhi Snacks with you my Hive friends. It is called Dahi Bhalla Pappi Chaat.
It is called Dahi Bhalla Papdi Chaat because dahi is hindi word for curd and Bhalla are these fried balls and papdi are these fried round snacks. And these are served with different flavored sauces specially made for these Bhalla papdi.
And the fried balls are made of green gram's paste and papdi is made of white flour.
And we serve them with almonds, cashews, namkeen, boiled potatoes, roasted cumin powder, tamarind sauce, coriander sauce and chilli sauce.
It tastes very delicious with tamarind sauce and curd and some pieces of boiled potatoes. I like to add a bit of chilli powder to it.
These are very delicious in taste and everybody can try them at their home. These are very easy to cook. Everybody is locked down in their homes so i thought we try something different in this quarantine.
