how to make carrot stew

Procedure

1. blend your carrot after you must have washed very well
2. your onions ,pepper, and ginger should be blended
3. put your vegetable oil on fire
4. Add sum slice of onions
5. Add blended garlic and Nutmeg
6. then Add the blended pepper
   stare and allow it to dry well,
7. keep staring it
8. Add your carrot fibre
9. and also add your chicken or beef stock
10. Add curry and seasoning cube salt to taste also
11. allow it for 10 minute and your carrot stew is set for consumption
