Chicken Cabbage Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

Ground chicken
Carrot
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Oyster sauce (optional)
Cabbage leaves

Procedure:

1. Put cabbage leaves in boiling water until softened.
2. Grate the carrot, onion, and garlic.
3. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, grated carrot, onion, garlic, salt, and oyster sauce (optional).
4. Heat the pan. Add enough oil to cook the meat mixture.
5. Place two tablespoons of meat mixture on the cabbage leaf, then roll the cabbage leaf.
