For tonight's Vlog let's switch to sweet treats. Are there times in your life you wanted to cook something but you can't because you don't have enough tools and equipment? Well, this is another way how to make a cookie without using a microwave oven. What makes this cookie different is its main ingredient is oatmeal which is rich in fiber. Each of us should be opened to possibilities and go beyond our creativeness to let something have happened. Just like what we did with my youngest sister, we able to use the bread oven toaster as our alternative. Even if it was topped with chocolate chips, it doesn't make the cookie too sweet. Oatmeal Cookies Ingredients
1 cup oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 piece of raw egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
