My favourite pancake recipe

Hello! Welcome to my blog. Today I would be sharing my recipe on how I make my pancakes even more delicious. There are multiple ways to make a delicious pancake of which I am yet to explore but this recipe has been a banger, the veggies took it to another level. How do you like your pancakes?

Ingredients:
Flour
Baking powder
Salt
Sugar
Milk
Vanilla extract
Carrot
Green pepper
Scotch bonnet
Red bell pepper
Onions
Egg
Vegetable oil
Warm water

Step 1
In a clean bowl pour the flour, add baking powder, salt, sugar, milk and mix together.

Step 2
In a separate bowl crack the egg and beat properly, add the warm water ( careful in adding the water so you don't have a watery pancake, though you can always add in more flour to get the desired texture of the dough)

Step 3
Then add the carrots, green pepper,red bell pepper, scotch bonnet, onions and then mix properly.

**Step 4 **
Combine step 1 and 2 and mix to the desired texture of the paste. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Step 5
In a heated pan add a little oil, add a scoop of the mixture and fry on low heat (to enable the vegetables to cook and so that the pancake won't be burnt). Flip at different time intervals.

You can enjoy this pancake with maple syrup or honey but I did enjoy mine using honey and it sure did taste great👍.
