Paso1-Step1
Primer paso, tome un bol y a帽ad铆 4 cucharadas de mantequilla y 1/2 tazas de az煤car y mezcle hasta obtener una suave crema; luego a帽ad铆 los 2 huevo y segu铆 mezclando.
First step, take a bowl and add 4 tablespoons of butter and 1/2 cup of sugar and mix until you get a smooth cream; then add the 2 eggs and continue mixing.

Seguido agregue vainilla al gusto a la mezcla de huevos y mezcle hasta integrar, luego a帽ad铆 las 2 tazas de harina de trigo segu铆 mezclando.

Para finalizar la receta coloque la mezcla de galletas en la nevera por 30 min, luego en una bandeja ya enmantequillada y con harina coloque peque帽as porciones de masa de galleta de coco, luego met铆 en el horno por 15 min a bajito fuego.
