Martes de plancha
Saludos cordiales todos y todas los usuarios de #Hive y miembros de #SWC, comparto fotos de mi rutina de plancha que he realizado hoy, últimamente estoy entrenando 6 días a la semana así que mi rutina de hoy a sido un poco más leve respectivamente, realicé algunos intentos de straddle plancha hasta "quemarla" por completo y me refiero a hacer intentos hasta más no poder.
Greetings to all #Hive users and #SWC members, I'm sharing photos of my plank routine that I did today. Lately I've been training 6 days a week so my routine today has been a little lighter respectively, I did some attempts at the straddle plank until I "burned it out" completely and I mean trying until I couldn't anymore.
Luego de esto, hice mis ejercicios específicos para este elemento lo primero fue tuck planche push ups haciendo 3 series de 8 repeticiones con un aguante al final de la última repetición de 5 segundos, seguido de esto hice lean planche push ups pero en esta ocasión al momento de bajar la flexión de lean elevó mis piernas hasta quedar en posición de 90 grados, de estos hice 3 series de 5 repeticiones con aguantes de 3 segundos en las posiciones de 90 grados, seguido de esto realize algunas flexiones con agarre prono en los cuales hice 3 series de 12 reps y con esto culminé la rutina.
After this, I did my specific exercises for this element, the first thing was tuck planche push ups doing 3 sets of 8 repetitions with a hold at the end of the last repetition of 5 seconds, followed by this I did lean planche push ups but this time when lowering the lean push up I raised my legs until they were in a 90 degree position, of these I did 3 sets of 5 repetitions with holds of 3 seconds in the 90 degree positions, followed by this I did some push ups with a prone grip in which I did 3 sets of 12 reps and with this I completed the routine.
