Pork humba a cebuano pork dish. This dish is very common in cebu. In every special occasion like birthdays this dish is always present. For me the tastiest part of this dish is the fat portion of the pork. Though the fat is quite bad for our health most cebuanos can't resist of the temptation to eat the fat portion of the pork.
