Here I present a great dish that is a 'normal' plate to the Colombians.
This is called a "hash" or "Grill" and is a combination of meat, sausages, trout, chicken and more.
The tray that you see in the photo is the most simple, but can be ordered with soups, arepas, cachapas and everything you wish to add.
