Hi Actifitters,

having gone two and a half weeks without any exercise, I’m starting to feel like I’m climbing the walls. For that reason, even though I had intended to keep taking it easy, I did a few core stability exercises and some light stretching yesterday—at a very low intensity.

The fact that I burned only 250 total calories (not active calories) in one hour shows that I really took it easy. Even though it wasn’t really a sport, it felt good to get at least a little bit of exercise.

Mission 80 (Day 121 = 87.2 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 kg / Total loss = 2.8 kg)

Since I actually managed to keep an eye on my calorie intake yesterday, I can report a weight loss of 800 grams. Of course, it is not possible to lose 800 grams solely through a calorie deficit. That would equate to a deficit of roughly 5,600 calories—a figure that is mathematically impossible, unless one happens to be running a marathon. The primary reason for the weight loss is likely related to the body's water balance.

Since I had actually planned to continue taking a break from exercise this week, I’m going to stick to that. I might, however, do another short session at a very low intensity.
