Hi Actifitters,

due to a heavy workload yesterday, I could only fit in a limited amount of exercise. So, I opted for strength training, including close-grip push-ups. Given the week-long break since my last push-up session and the effects of a holiday spent indulging, I was completely satisfied with my performance. I haven't lost any ground and can now continue to build on this.

The next goal according to the training plan (72+):

set 1set 2set 3set 4set 5break between sets
12171313max (min. 17)60 seconds

My previous attempt (53):

set 1set 2set 3set 4set 5break between sets
1217107760 seconds

Yesterdays attempt (53):

set 1set 2set 3set 4set 5break between sets
1217107760 seconds

In addition to close-grip push-ups, I also did lateral raises, triceps extensions, and shoulder presses—all with dumbbells.

Mission 80 (Day 82 = 85.6 / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 / Total loss = 4.4 kg)

As you can see, I weighed 85.6 kilos today. So, I’ve lost a fair bit of weight again since yesterday—and that’s despite actually eating far too much last night. But, of course, I’m not complaining. ;-)

For the first time in a while, a short hike is on the agenda today. It also gives me the chance to snap a few nice photos for my upcoming posts.
