Hi Actifitters,

I wish you a Merry Christmas and many peaceful hours with your families.

Before I move on to the more relaxed part of the evening, I'll briefly tell you about my activities yesterday.

First, I completed a two-hour session with pull-ups, crunches, dumbbell rows, and three dumbbell curl variations. Aerobic elements were incorporated between the individual exercises to get my steps in. After that I jumped on my bike for an hour to work on my base.

Because it is priority no. 1 for me, here are my pull-up numbers.

Current goal (28+):

set 1set 2set 3set 4set 5break between sets
5755max (min. 6)120 seconds

Yesterdays performance (27):

set 1set 2set 3set 4set 5break between sets
57555120 seconds

I'm satisfied with my performance. I was able to do three repetitions moren than last time and I was just one pull-up short in the last set to reach my goal on the first attempt. So now I'm looking forward to the next pull-up session and hope I can do it then.

Unfortunately, I've had mild pain in my left shin muscle for the past two days. The three hours of training yesterday didn't help. I started fighting it with ibuprofen pain gel, but it would probably be best to slow down a bit.

Let's see what I can train today without putting further strain on my shin muscles. Push-ups are definitely on the agenda, but I'll probably hold off on cycling until the muscle pain subsides.
