I am happy with the produce in my garden. Today I harvested this beautiful zucchini but I still need to find a nice recipe to prepare it. Does anyone of you know a special one? At the moment I will probably prefer breaded Zucchini a recipe I found on GuteKüche a german website where I often take recipes from. I am already looking forward to it since I remember a very similar recipe from my mother that I ate as a child from time to time.
If you have a special recipe to share I am more than happy to hear about it.
