21 días del post operatorio de mi hija Gabriela y así vamos! [ESP-ENG]

Hola amigos de @motherhood, espero que se encuentren bien, con excelente salud y rodeados de sus seres mas queridos. El día de hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes como vamos con el proceso de recuperación de la cirugía que le realizaron a mi hija Gabriela para corregir la hernia umbilical que tenía.

Amigos hoy haciendo un análisis de todo como se dió este procedimiento quirúrgico, no puedo sino concluir que gracias a Dios 🙏 todo salió bien, fue un proceso agotador pues prácticamente en una semana fue evaluada por el cirujano, este Dr. El primer día, según sus conocimientos y evaluando a cada niño, determinaba que tan grave o cuánto podía esperar el niño, esto porque eran 56 niños y debían distribuirlos en varias faces ya que el opera solo a 10 niños por jornadas.

Luego de la primera evaluación que fue un día sábado, Gabriela quedó seleccionado entre los 16 niños como emergencia ya que era una hernia dolorosa, luego el día lunes proceden a sacarle la sangre para hacer todos los exámenes de laboratorio, el día miércoles tenía cita para hacer la placa de tórax y finalmente el día viernes sería evaluada por el pediatra para verificar que todos los niños estaban bien de salud y podían entrar a la operación al día siguiente, ese dia 3 niños quedaron para cirugias especiales porque eran hernias inglinales y requieren de otro procedimiento y 3 niños como tenían malestar gripal no podían entrar en esta primera jornada.

También ese mismo día le hicieron prueba de anestesia. Llenaron historias y dieron las indicaciones para que al otro día los niños estuvieran preparados en el sitio indicado y llevarlos al ambulatorio.

El día de la operación la jornada también fue agotadora, los niños estaban despiertos desde las 4:00am y los Dres. Llegaron 9:30am, a las 10:00 am empezaron con el primer niño, los metían por edades y mi hija Gabriela fue la última niña en entrar.

Fue cansón, había calor, hambre, sed, los niños fastidiados, el lugar por estar cerca de la playa hacía demasiado calor, humedad y moscas. No podian ni comer ni beber nada antes de la operación, pero ya habian pasado muchas horas desde su última comida. Yo estaba muy deprimida porque venía a mi hija pasar un mal rato y todo porque para poderle corregir esa hernia la única manera era así ya que investigando cobran mínimo 1000$ y además debo pagar exámenes, las consultas, la placa de tórax y por último todo el tratamiento.

Recuerdo que una niña de 3 años al salir de la operación, ya venia llorando, entro a la habitación desesperada gritando porque tenía hambre, su mamá no podía controlarla, empezó a botar sangre por la herida, decía que tenía hambre, su mamá del desespero y como ya tenía más de 3 horas de la operación, le dió comida y fue peor hubo que volverla a meter a quirófano.

Hoy a exactamente 21 días de la operación mi hija ya está bastante recuperada, su herida por fuera cicatrizada totalmente. Hoy doy gracias a Dios y a todos los médicos, haberla operado a pesar de todas las incomodidades que vivimos, pues desde esa fecha han pospuesto 2 veces las otras cirugías y se dañó el aparato de la anestesia, así que bueno amigos, si por aquí hay algún médico, por favorcito cuando se trate de niños tratenlos con mano de seda, los niños son muy frágiles y se descontrolan más fácil que un adulto, ellos muchas veces no entienden el porque de las cosas, como por ejemplo porque no puedes comer antes, porque no puedes después, porque no puedes llorar y menos gritar.

Gracias Dios porque mi hija está bien y a pesar de las incomodidades todos los niños están recuperados y sers solo un recuerdo. Amigos gracias por acompañarme en mis historias de mi vida personal. Saludos y Bendiciones 😊

Friends, today doing an analysis of everything how this surgical procedure took place, I can only conclude that thank God 🙏 everything went well, it was an exhausting process because in practically a week she was evaluated by the surgeon, this Dr. The first day, according to his knowledge and evaluating each child, he determined how serious or how long the child could expect, this because there were 56 children and they had to distribute them in several phases since he only operates on 10 children per day.

After the first evaluation, which was on a Saturday, Gabriela was selected among the 16 children as an emergency since it was a painful hernia. Then on Monday they proceeded to draw her blood to do all the laboratory tests. On Wednesday she had an appointment to do the chest x-ray and finally on Friday they would be evaluated by the pediatrician to verify that all the children were in good health and could undergo the operation the next day.

Also that same day they gave him an anesthesia test. They filled out stories and gave instructions so that the next day the children would be ready in the indicated place and take them to the clinic.

The day of the operation the day was also exhausting, the children were awake from 4:00 am and the Drs. They arrived at 9:30 am, at 10:00 am they started with the first child, they were placed by age and my daughter Gabriela was the last girl to enter.

It was tiring, there was heat, hunger, thirst, the children were upset, the place being close to the beach was too hot, humid and with flies. I was very depressed because my daughter was having a bad time and all because in order to correct that hernia the only way was like this since research charges a minimum of $1000 and I also have to pay for tests, consultations, the chest x-ray and finally everything. the treatment.

I remember that a 3-year-old girl, when she came out of the operation, was already crying, she entered the room desperately screaming because she was hungry, her mother couldn't control her, she started bleeding from the wound, she said she was hungry, her mother was desperate. And since she was already more than 3 hours after the operation, she gave her food and it was worse, she had to be put back into the operating room.

Today, exactly 21 days after the operation, my daughter is already quite recovered, her wound on the outside has completely healed. Today I thank God for having operated on her despite all the discomforts we experienced, because since that date they have postponed the other surgeries twice and the anesthesia device was damaged, so hey friends, if there is a doctor around here, please When it comes to children, treat them with a soft hand, children are very fragile and get out of control more easily than an adult, they often do not understand the reason for things, such as why you can't eat before, why you can't after, because you can't cry let alone scream.
