Agradecida siempre!

Hello, my dear readers! I’m back again to share an experience that has been both painful and necessary. Today, I want to tell you, little by little, about this journey with my daughter: accompanying her to the doctor and holding on to the hope that everything will turn out well.

These were difficult days, filled with constant worry about her health. I had to remain strong so she could feel my support and find the strength to overcome each crisis she faced.

When my daughter was just one year old, she was diagnosed with a condition called sickle cell anemia. At the time, I knew nothing about the disease or what it really meant. Later, her specialist helped me understand that her condition was very delicate and came with many limitations.

As she grew up, every stage of her life brought pain and frequent visits to the doctor. She was hospitalized many times. Her red blood cells become deformed, taking on the shape of a crescent moon.

As a result, they can block blood vessels and prevent red blood cells from carrying the oxygen her body needs. Despite all this, she has held firmly to her faith and fought many battles against her condition. This time, however, the crises were particularly severe.

Once again, we had to face those difficult moments, holding on to our faith and trusting in God.

A mother’s love is unconditional. This time, I had to take her by the hand and guide her back to the doctor, finding the strength to walk beside her through yet another difficult chapter.

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read my post. I am always grateful for your support! ❤️🙏
