Composition:
tomato (in own juice) - 800gr.
pasta - 300 gr.
olive oil - 1 tbsp
garlic - 2 cloves
broccoli - 400 gr.
vinegar - 1 tsp.
black pepper - 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. place tomatoes on a greased with olive oil a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, turning once. Cool and cut.
2. Boil the pasta.
3. In a large pan, pre-heating of olive oil for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic until Golden brown. Put the broccoli and continue to simmer for 4-5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
4. Add the tomatoes.
5. Mix the pasta with the sauce. The dish is ready.
