Hoy estoy muy feliz ya que ayer estuve cumpliendo mi primer año en el gimnasio no ha sido fácil este proceso,debido a que los entrenamientos son fuerte al principio queria desistir,mi entrenador siempre me decía que no dejará de ir que todo sería un proceso de esfuerzo,dedicación y mucha disciplina,por eso me llene de mucho valor y continúe en este proceso que me ha ayudado mucho.Siempre que terminaba mis rutinas intentaba hacer dominadas(barras)y no lograba hacerlas pero nunca me rendí,el día de hoy logré hacerlas y estoy muy feliz🥺😍 y quise compartir con ustedes este logro que con mucho esfuerzo he obtenido 💪😍
