Greetings to the entire Hive community馃憢馃徏, I'm @Felixswcab and my training today was focused on progressions for a super trick. My main objective is to master the front flip exit. I proceed to perform 6 attempts. Each attempt generates more lift, which is essential to complete the flip. I am landing closer and closer to the exit point on the bar, indicating better use of power and a more vertical takeoff angle. I see a lot of progress even though it's my 4th day practicing this element, the first few days they helped me a lot since I was afraid of falling badly, then on the 2nd and 3rd day I started developing in this trick, I want to try to gain more confidence and height to be able to advance more, my friends gave me advice, several of the ones I train with already have this trick, which are @chapy-sw@josef-999 and @chiqui-sw, they 3 have been helping me each of the days that I have practiced, the tips they gave me were not to be afraid to get closer to the bar, grab more height with good grouping, look to land on your feet, without looking for the barSWC
