Today was based on some dynamics at Luis Morales's house we got together to train as usual at his house approximately I arrived at his house at 6pm I started my workout first I warmed up as I usually do I managed to do a few attempts at a trick it's something like a transition that I had seen in several videos and I wanted to practice it's from an Olympic to a tornado and going over the bar like a hurdle I managed to throw out some good attempts but I need a little more momentum and height when I want to pass then during my breaks I was talking to my friend Argos and he suggested I do a full planche but squeezing my pelvis a little more than normal and I managed to do it but I was very straight and I held it for 2 seconds since I don't have a full planche yet I'm just starting to throw out holds with bad posture to gain holds after a few full attempts I proceeded to take a 7 minute break then I proceeded to try the super trick that I'm trying to pull off which is the regrap it's only my 6th day trying this dynamic element I threw out several attempts but couldn't I made a lot of progress my last attempts were on another trick because of a small mistake in my gaze and grouping I did an inverted freebe, a trick that is very showy if you can master it and combine well in good combos this happened because I looked to my right side you have to do it from below like a fronflip and I grouped sideways I grabbed a lot of height the necessary to turn and try to grab it but because I didn't know the technique well I barely touched it I really wasn't looking for this but because of a small mistake everything changed and I kept trying I managed to adapt a little to the grouping in my next dynamic training I will try to improve it
