Hello friends, today I cooked khichuri. Today's khichuri I have made with 3 items of vegetables. I am sharing this khichuri recipe with you today.
Ingredients:
Rice
Lentils
Potatoes
Pumpkin
Eggplant
Cauliflower
Raw chillies

Methods:
Step 01:
First I wash the rice well with water.
Step 02:
I wash the lentils with water and put them in a bowl.
Step 03:
Peel the potatoes. After peeling, I cut it and put it in a container.
Step 04:
I cut the pumpkin and put it in a pot.
Step 05:
I cut the eggplant, wash it with water and put it in a container.
Step 06:
I wash the cauliflower pieces with water and put them in a bowl.
Step 07:
I cut the onion and put it in a bowl.
Step 08:
I cut the raw chillies and put them in a bowl.
Step 09:
I fry the lentils in oil a little.
Step 10:
I fry the potatoes light red.
Step 11:
I fry the eggplants.
Step 12:
I keep the pumpkins fried.
Step 13:
I fry the cauliflower pieces.
Step 14:
I fry the onions.
Step 15:
I fry Panchphoron a little.
Step 16:
I put a pot on the stove and put the washed rice in it. Then fry it (pulses, potatoes, pumpkin, eggplant, cauliflower, onion, Panchphoron) and raw chilli with all this. I add salt and turmeric to taste.
Step 17:
I spread everything well with rice and pulses. I add water to it. Then cover the stove and leave it for 14 minutes to cook the khichuri well. After 14 minutes, I spread some fried spices in it.
