The energy to do physical activities is called physical energy. While performing activities, if there is any change in the body physically, then, the energy is said to be physical energy. The examples of the physical energy must include the change in the physical power. Link

I see physical energy as the ability gained from any physical activities. I know there are different meaning to physical energy but it still boils down to gaining energy from physical activities. In physics, it has to do with some of the types of energy we have like kinetic energy etc.
Physical energy is good, it helps to be healthy and to keep fit. Whenever you have opportunity to gain physical energy, don't misuse the opportunity.
