We host and feed many people through AirBnb. We love sharing our expertise to provide them with a truly fabulous experience. We often get the opportunity to !WOW! them with our culinary skills. Today, our guest requested a salad of her own choosing as she doesn't use much flare in the kitchen and is a bit picky about her vegetables. So per her request, we made her an "ordinary" salad with
Fresh Spinach
Onion Rings
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Croutons
Ranch Dressing
We also gave her a generous dollop of homemade tuna salad, and served it up in our own "unordinary" style topped with oxalis leaves and flowers fresh from the garden. She said she had never had a salad so beautiful or delightful, even at a fancy restaurant.
Even the "ordinary" can become "extraordinary" when made with love.
