I have been learning something new i will share with you later..
I now make woman hair kinda.
But for yesterday when i was craving to eat this and the vendor had close
That was how i started, like an experiment. I peeled the plantain and put it on the local grill to heat. As i did that i cut the Titus fish at center removing the intestines to make it neat
This was cool as i applied the stock i made from grinded pepper, seasoning,salt and little vegetable oil. All over the body both inside and outside.
Then i placed it on the local grill.
This the part where i acknowledged how neat what i was doing and appreciated those who sold them by the road side.
I rep the street, the community and the local.
No forming , No film tricks
Steemians come and eat. I still have some left.
