Hola, ¿qué tal, amigos? ¿Cómo están? Por aquí todo muy bien, relajada hoy, el primer día de la semana. Gracias a Dios que todas las metas para esta semana se cumplan. Ando emocionada porque ya está a punto de comenzar mi mes, es decir, mi cumpleaños en septiembre; por eso digo que es mi mes.
Hi, how’s it going, friends? How are you all? Everything’s going really well here; I’m feeling relaxed today, as it’s the first day of the week. Thank goodness all my goals for this week are on track. I’m really excited because my month is about to begin – that is, my birthday’s in September; that’s why I say it’s my month.
El día de hoy nos fuimos un rato a la playa para bañarse y chuchear un rato con mis sobrinos, la suegra de mi hermana y mi cuñado porque mi hermana y mi papá no quisieron ir, mi hermana porque se sentía mal y mi papá porque realmente no le gusta la playa, yo la verdad les cuento que yo me fui según yo a bañarme y no me bañe nada jajajajajaja porque cuando me fui a bañar el agua super fria y queria bañar a jadesita pero la verdad es que si a mi me parecio fria imaginense la pobre jade, pero mis sobrinos y la suegra de mi hermana si disfrutaron un buen rato de playa.
Today we popped down to the beach for a bit to have a swim and hang out with my nephews, my sister’s mother-in-law and my brother-in-law, because my sister and my dad didn’t want to come – my sister because she wasn’t feeling well and my dad because he really doesn’t like the beach, To be honest, I’ll tell you that I went, thinking I was going for a swim, but I didn’t go in at all hahahahaha, because when I went to have a swim, the water was freezing cold and I wanted to take Jadesita for a dip, but honestly, if I thought it was cold, just imagine poor Jade! But my nephews and my sister’s mother-in-law did have a lovely time at the beach.
Me dio mucha risa un alga que consiguió mi sobrino, que era así como una gomita. Me llamó la atención porque estaba verdosita y era redondita; la verdad es que me recordó a la manguerita con la que nos hacen el torniquete cuando nos van a sacar la sangre y fue superraro porque estaba verdesita. Fue extraño que estuviera por allí rodando. Lo que también me pareció superextraño es que había demasiada gente; quizás es porque era domingo, pero yo he ido otros domingos y de verdad que no ha estado así tan llena, pero creo que había carreras de botes o algo así porque eso fue lo que vi, que había muchos botesitos de carrera. Jade y yo la hemos pasado superbién jugando y todo porque ella y yo amamos el ambiente de la playa. ¡Saludos!
I found a piece of seaweed my nephew picked up really funny – it looked just like a little jelly bean. It caught my eye because it was a bit green and round; to be honest, it reminded me of the little tube they use to tie a tourniquet when they’re taking blood, and it was really odd because it was a bit green. It was strange to see it just lying there. What I also found really odd was that there were far too many people; maybe it was because it was a Sunday, but I’ve been on other Sundays and it really hasn’t been that crowded. I reckon there were some boat races or something like that, because that’s what I saw – there were loads of little racing boats. Jade and I had a brilliant time playing and everything, because she and I both love the beach atmosphere. Cheers!
