Para los cat贸licos es la temporada del perd贸n y la reconciliaci贸n con nuestros semejantes, 茅poca de compartir en familia y amigos, donde con fe, vida y salud toda es posible.
Los d铆as centrales son jueves y viernes santo, estos d铆as se acostumbra visitar los siete templos a pie, pero este a帽o no fue posible, debido a que estoy embarazada y he tenido muchos s铆ntomas.

Si de platos deliciosos se trata, el ingenio para preparar comidas debe estar a flor de piel, para reemplazar ingredientes que no se consiga o que no se pueda comprar y de acuerdo a eso aumentar谩 o disminuir谩 las cantidades.
En cuanto a los dulces es una actividad muy entretenida, aplicando t茅cnicas culinarias, como picar, mezclar, acaramelar, temple, entre otros, donde se r铆e con los peque帽os de la casa y culminamos con un gusto al paladar.

Las recetas familiares, los sabores y olores que nos transportan al pasado o inclusive lo traen al presente evocando sentimientos acordes a la 茅poca.
Pueden pasar muchos a帽os, el tiempo no borra lo hermoso del compartir y saborear el saz贸n de casa.
Siempre se nos viene a la mente a nuestros seres o pilares que hacen 煤nica la temporada y de acuerdo a eso nos permite entender que se rompen estigmas en pro de la uni贸n y la felicidad de la familia y allegados dando y recibiendo ese amor que caracteriza tan reconocida fecha.
