Luckily I kept photos of my first try to make Greek-like octopus stewed in red wine. It is incredibly delicious and easy to cook.
Just put octopus in the pan with some oil , onions, fry it for couple of minutes.
After add some water, red wine, garlic and spices you think will be good with it.
15 minutes and you’ll get the result.
