Un saludo a todos, aquí les comparto un poco de mi día entrenando el Hanstand y un poco de la plancha y que bueno hoy quise enfocar me más en el Hanstand el cual es un movimiento de la calistenia que me gusta mucho, como cualquier ejercicio de la calistenia el objetivo es dominarlo por completo.
Hello everyone, here I share a little bit of my day training the handstand and a little bit of the plank. Today I wanted to focus more on the handstand, which is a calisthenics movement that I really like. Like any calisthenics exercise, the goal is to master it completely.
Antes de eso hice unos intentos de Straddel planch que aunque la postura no está del todo bien, ya logro aguantar la unos segundos, ya al haber realizado eso realizó unos aguantes en tuck adv después de eso daría por comienzo los intentos de hanstand y que si una push-ups para también ir agarrando fuerza
Before that, I tried a few straddle planks. Although my posture isn't quite right, I can already hold it for a few seconds. Having done that, I did a few tuck holds, and after that I started trying handstands and push-ups to build up my strength.
