Muchachos un saludo espero se encuentren bien, aquí les comparto un poco del entrenamiento de Front-level, debido al nivel que ya he adquirido en este elemento decidí volver a entrenarlo, pero con poca intensidad.
Hey guys, hope you're doing well. Here's a little bit about my front-level training. Given the level I've already achieved in this element, I decided to train it again, but with less intensity.
Empezando la rutina fue la misma que en el post anterior, empezando por aguante de touch pero en half y pasando a unos Press de Front en half igualmente, todo esto los hago en esta progresion debido a que no me esfuerzo tanto, pero voy agarrando condición como la de antes y finalize con unas pull-ups de Front-level con un agarre al ancho de los hombres y en lo que me empezara a costar las hacía con agarre cerrado.
I started the routine the same way as in the previous post, beginning with touch endurance but in half and moving on to front presses in half as well. I do all this in this progression because I don't exert myself as much, but I'm getting back into shape like before, and I finished with some front-level pull-ups with a shoulder-width grip, and when it started to get hard, I did them with a closed grip.
