Entrenamiento de Front-level hasta lograr el touch #16.
Front-level training until achieving touch #16.
Greetings friends of the SWC hope you're all well! Here I share these photos of my training.
Hey guys, today I'm here to share a little bit of my progress in Front-level, and well, there's been a lot of progress, because I'm incorporating Front-level pull-ups with a closed grip into my workouts. Although I still can't do them with good technique, it's something I'll keep working on.
As for the front-level touch, I haven't tried it as such in these workouts, because I started doing pull-ups, but I'm still focusing my training on achieving the touch, as it's a goal I have and want to achieve, so I'll try it during the course of my workouts and let you know how it goes.
