Shake Drink

INGREDIENTS

two scoops chocolate ice cream
two oz brandy
two oz amaretto almond liqueur

PROCEDURE

Mix all ingredients in a blender and stir at high speed till soft. Serve in chilled champagne saucer decorated with bittersweet chocolate shavings.
