INGREDIENTS
ice
one tsp grenadine syrup
two and half oz Amer Picon orange bitters
soda water
one oz brandy
PROCEDURE
Pour old-fashioned glass with ice. Fill in grenadine and Amer Picon. Pour glass with soda, leaving room for brandy. Float brandy on top of drink.
