INGREDIENTS
two oz gin
half oz dry vermouth
quarter tsp absinthe herbal liqueur
PROCEDURE
Mix well with ice. Drain into a prechilled cocktail glass. Very pleasant with an onion stuffed olive. Some bartenders pour a soucon of Absinthe into the glass, swirl it around and then put the martini.
