INGREDIENTS
one and quarter oz white rum
one oz amaretto almond liqueur
one and half oz coconut cream
three oz pineapple juice
one tsp whipping cream
PROCEDURE
Stir briefly with a glassful of crushed ice. Decorate with a pineapple slice or cherry, add straws, and enjoy in a pina colada glass.
