INGREDIENTS
two oz 1800 Reposado Tequila
one ozfresh lemon juice
one oz simple syrup
one oz club soda
six medium-sized mint leaves
decorate with lemon wheel
PROCESS
In a tall mixing glass muddle mint with simple syrup. Put 1800 Reposado and lemon juice then add ice and shake vigorously. Drain over fresh ice into a Collins glass and top with club soda. Decorate with a wheel of lemon and a fresh mint sprig.
