This is the famous Kampua in Sibu. It is just an ordinary noodle toss with pig oil, shallot oil, light soy sauce salt lots of fried shallot and spring onion. Peoples in Sibu can have it as a breakfast, lunch, hi tea, dinner or supper. You can have it in almost every coffee shop in Sibu. We are just loving it and my son will have it everyday. Sometimes, he can even eat it for lunch and dinner.

This is my Hi-Tea the Kompia with meat. The meat is the stew pork with dark soy sauce and garlic. When we order, the lady will cut a few pieces of the meat to be fold into the Kompia. Then, some brine from the stew pork will be heat it up together with the Kompia to make it softer.
