One recent study found that about 3 in 4 employees want that freedom and ability to be able to work from home. And there are many benefits that working from home affords, it is easy to see why it is an appealing situation to millions.
Now employers who are looking to have people come back into the office are going to have to compete with that, with the remote work positions that are available which are more appealing now to so many.
For some employees that are refusing to return to the work office it might even mean seeing a pay cut in response. Still, there is a great deal of support for this transition today with millions who prefer this style of working even though there are still many who enjoy going to the traditional work office or another work setting as well.
