Today I join the Creative Sunday initiative and I want to share once again with all of you in this wonderful community. This time I bring you a recipe that I learned in my advanced baking course on Mondays. This week we had to learn the recipe for easy templates with few ingredients. We prepared these tasty templates to accompany them with a great cup of coffee.
Without further ado, here are the ingredients and the step-by-step:
-110 grams of wheat flour
-3 eggs
-90 grams of sugar
-1 tablespoon vanilla essence
-Glazed sugar to taste
饾悘饾惈饾悶饾惄饾悮饾惈饾悮饾惌饾悽饾惃饾惂: 饾晩饾晼饾暋饾暐 饾晸饾暘 饾暏饾暐饾晼饾暋:
- To begin the preparation, separate the eggs from the shell and beat them gently until frothy.
- When you notice that it has frothed, add the sugar little by little.
- In the previous mixture, sift the wheat flour together with the baking powder and add it little by little.
- Stir with a wooden paddle after adding the wheat flour and baking powder to the mixture.
- Add the spoonful of vanilla essence.
- Add the mixture to a piping bag.
- Now, we butter and flour the pan and make our delicious templates.
- Bake in the oven, previously heated to 180 潞C, for approximately 20 minutes, depending on the oven.
- After the indicated time, we check the templates, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
- Finally, unmold our templates and sprinkle them with powdered sugar to taste.
- Our templates are ready! We enjoyed some nice and delicious stencils with our cup of coffee in the afternoon. I hope you like them as much as we do.
